Dr. Christensen is an active member of the Academy of Facial Aesthetics, the American Dental Association, and the Nebraska Dental Association.
Experience
Dr. Christensen practices a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry. She is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Dentists, and lectures about orthodontics in the United States and internationally. Dr. Christensen is on the visiting faculty for Spear Continuing Education Classes, is an adjunct professor at the UNMC College of Dentistry, and promotes and leads the Spear Study Club. She specializes in Dental Sleep Medicine, is a Vivos Sleep Medicine provider, and is on the Bryan Health Sleep Medicine Committee.

Dr. Houwman is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA). When Dr. Houwman isn't in the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Erika, and their black Lab, Mango! He enjoys staying active, traveling, and cheering on the Huskers! He has loved golf since he was young and loves traveling to see different courses whenever he has time. In the colder months, Dr. Houwman usually heads to the mountains to ski with friends and family, or drives back to South Dakota to see his mom, dad, and sister who still all live there.
Experience
"In the future, I would like to continue learning and taking classes on both endodontic procedures as well as learning more about implant placement. If I can keep as many procedures in the office as possible, the patient experience will be much more favorable. This allows patients to continue working with the Doctor and staff in a way that makes them feel the most comfortable."
